'Perfect stay!'

'Room is modern and clean but has a few issues: 1. Curtain covers the air conditioner making it practically useless on a hot night 2. Stepping into the bathroom, the floor has a lip which is a trip hazard and nearly fell a few times 3. Outside is poorly maintained.'

'The property is exactly as pictured. The bathroom is beautiful. It was a very hot and humid night and the air conditioner kept us cool and comfortable. The only 1 suggestion for improvement- we reserved the room for 4 guests and were given 2 towels. Everything else was very nice. '

'Upon arrival at the home it presented just as depicted in the pictures!! Stayed with my two children and they LOVED it as much as me. The property felt serene, cozy, and comfortable. Very roomy and warm. Whenever I communicated with owner, she was very responsive. Will definitely be coming back!! Extremely happy with the accommodations. 'Was here for work, which is close by, so it was nice to find a reasonably priced VRBO in this area rather than driving from Geneva. Newly remodeled and well equipped. A great place to stay.'

'Had a blast in Sodus. We have stayed in almost all of the rooms at this location its clean and close to everything. The host is very nice and accommodating.'

'Nice, one floor cottage. Kitchen had many items to cook and bake with. Lots of blankets and heaters if needed. Some items in the outdoor deck box to make a fire for s'mores. Will need kindling in the future. The view was beautiful! Mattresses were nice and we all slept well! Quiet because we went off season. Would definitely come back! Messages were answered quickly!'
