'The “marketing” photograph on Expedia was informative and true! Through the room’s window there was a beautiful view of grass in the foreground and the ocean beyond. 'What a wonderful place! Great communication with the friendly host, Darin. The grounds are spectacular, with tropical plants and a beautiful waterfall. Very quiet, and very near the Waipi'o overlook. Apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. Loved the eclectic decor! Kitchen is great, with everything you need to cook in. 'The property itself was clean and in a convenient location, but prospective guests should be aware that noise travels extremely easily throughout the building. We could clearly hear every footstep, running, and movement from the unit above us, especially early in the morning and late at night.The floor/ceiling construction appears to provide very little sound insulation, and the constant creaking and footsteps significantly impacted our ability to relax and sleep during our stay.
