'Belle emplacement! Options pour tous! Notre première chambre était la 301 vie partielle sur l’océan. Très belle chambre et propre. Nous avons demandé un upgrade section Hacienda Adulte seulement et avons eu la 193 swim out. Juste wow! Le staff était d’une politesse incroyable. Coup de coeur pour Felix section plage, Louis section OWest et Cesar section piscine Hacienda. Les plus beaux couchés de soleil jamais vue au roof top OWest… bonne nourriture. 'First we had a room at the street side. The window did not close well and we did not sleep because of the noise. We asked and got another room which was very nice of the staff! In this room everything was perfect. Rooftop breakfastarea is really nice in the morning. The location of the hotel is excellent! In the middle between the center and the romantic zone.'

'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. I would personally not recommend this hotel, unless you are on a really low budget and/or do not care much of the condition of your accommodation, but still want to stay...

The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could .
