'So new the shower broke and fell on my wife'

'The room was great. There needs to be a VERY CLEAR phone number to call for the shuttle from the airport. That was frustrating. The number I called went to VM. :(. I had to cal the main Hilton number and talk to somebody in another country who asked me a million questions that didn’t matter before SHE could connect me to the hotel. Frustrating. '

'It was a great stay. The hotel was nice, the staff was great and the breakfast was awesome. It is in walking distance of a mall with lots of places to eat. '

'I was extremely comfortable in this hotel, in every way. I have traveled a large portion of the western world (Europe, North, South, and Mid-Americas), both for work and for pleasure. I have stayed in everything from Hostels to five star Hotels. In none of them was I more comfortable than in this Hotel. Rarely heard my neighbors, it was very clean, it didn't have that feeling that the grime was hiding somewhere or just barely being kept at bay, etc. Just a really great stay. A three star...
