'チェックイン時のフロントの対応はイマイチでした。（バイトさんでしょうか…。）客室も綺麗で良かったですが、89歳の父いわく「手すりが無い」のが気になったそうです。部屋の手拭き紙は紙を詰めすぎて取りずらい。（これはお客様目線ではないかな〜、残念です。）ご飯時のスタッフさんは、目配り、気配りが出来ていて、気持ちの良い接客でした。部屋の露天風呂も大きくて快適。大浴場も混み合う事がなく、のんびり入れました。夕食、朝食共に、ボリュームがあり美味しく、満腹でした！夕食時の飲み物はフリードリンクだったので、お酒も沢山いただきましたし、ロビーに設置してあるドリンク類も飲み放題で、嬉しかったです。大浴場横のアイスキャンディーのサービスも孫は大喜びで、私たちもいただきました。美味しかったです。あ、女性用の浴衣Ｍサイズが足りなくて、Ｌサイズでしたのでブカブカだったのはざんねんかな。相対的に…息子夫婦は大満足で、また利用したい、と言っています。楽しい旅行になりました。ありがとうございました♪'

'Leuk hotel, maar de matrassen liggen op de grond op een houten kader. Ik heb 2 knieprothesen en dat is niet evident om van zo een laag bed recht te staan. Het avondeten was lekker, maar veel te duur'

'Its a little bit of a hike going to the inn so be aware not to bring big luggages. I did read the previous review and had only my overnight bag and that helps a lot. The inn itself is pretty clean, the staff were accomodating and I was able to book the private onsen. Its a nice place to relax after a long day of walking around hakone'

'This place is a great place to enjoy a private onsen and nice staff. Be ready to to hike from Gora station to the hotel. Its a bit of a steep hill. I would recommend catching a short taxi. '

'Great hotel. It’s a bit outside the center of activity but with bus stops across the street it’s easy to reach all Hakone highlights. Breakfast is good and room was very spacious. Onsen is nice as well although a bit small. Downside is that you have to reserve diner a day before. '

'Es un lugar exquisitamente amueblado, ultra cómodo, ideal para descansar en Hakone, lo único es moverse hacia las estaciones del transporte, considero que lo mejor es llevar su propio auto. Fuera de eso, el equipamiento de la habitación y las comodidades como tener su propio sauna y onsen en la habitación no tiene precio!'

'Simply amazing experience - kind and friendly staff; delicious snacks/drinks; to-dream-of kind of breakfast; and hot spring baths (in-room, private, AND shared/sauna); selection of yukata; amenities just 5 out of 5. Did not feel like leaving and a huge thank you to the staff - made us feel very welcome and the entire experience completely surpassed my expectations.'

'Exceptional service and facility. A bit outside of Hakone but a great location for folks who need to stay away from the city and people. The small town/ Sengokuhara is also great - a ton of museums and good restaurants. All walking distance. '

'This hotel has a lovely onsen, and spectacular views of Mount Fuji from the roof terrace which has a heated foot bath It is convenient for the bus to see the surrounding area, nice and quiet, with a woods where herons nest next door. However it is fairly remote, in that you have to walk for about half an hour to reach shops or restaurants. Staff were kind and helpful. The food at breakfast was plentiful and varied, with sufficient vegetarian options. There are laundry facilities and ice, and...

'Amazing and magical experience! The hospitality of the staff is at a very high standard. Perfect for couples. Every room is different but they each have a private onsen with hot spring water. Only stayed one night and it’s been highlight of our 2 week Japan trip so far. '

'This is a big Ryokan, so less charm then a smaller ryokan. Everything was well organised, onsens are really beautiful, rooms are traditional. Late check-in. Dinner and breakfast were OK, but were not exceptional or really high quality as we read in some reviews.'
