'Best vacation ever'

'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

When we arrived, the front desk person advised me that there were no king size beds available, even though we had this room booked months in advanced. However, they offered to upgrade up for an additional $620 to a "honey moon suite". When we got to the room, it was the SAME exact room we had booked online.
