'Not exactly good or bad, the room was clean and decent enough but we arrived around 11pm after all staff left, the automated check-in kiosk was confusing and after notifying the hotel management on Expedia Messages, they replied to one question without answering it, and then stopped responding to me to help me check in. I eventually figured it out by myself but I wish the hotel management had been more responsive.'

'The place was great! They pretty much had every single thing you could need for, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, hair tools, etc; they even served breakfast for free! This place was amazing! I highly recommend it and it is very near from Jangsan subway station!'

'Excellent: friendly staff; wi-fi; shower room; hot pool; sauna; location (to various train lines, restaurants, Sumida walking paths on both sides of the Sumida River...perfect during cherry blossom season and otherwise, parks, Skytree tower); capsule rooms; and cost. 'Good location to explore the city. Room and hard bed are small. The breakfast is very simple, bread, marmelade, soup, tea, coffee. For a boiled egg you have to pay 100 yen extra. The bathroom and aircondition should be more cleaned because of mold and dust.'
