'More disclosure on the outside steps going in and metal spiral stairs case to bedrooms. To add to that no bathroom facilities on main level. '

'The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful.'

'The property was beautifully kept, very clean. The room itself was great! Very spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you could need. We would love to come back and stay longer! The only issue that we had was that the shower head was broken and there was no actual "shower", rather, it just bubbled out. The location is wonderful! You are close to everything, really. And there were shuttles, walking paths, and scooters to get over to the casinos, shopping, restaurants, and more...

'Sympathiek mensen bij de checkin, maar jongens.. dit is echt wel erg, erg verouderd. Totaal verroeste airconditioning, frigo, kranen van de badkamer en keuken. Op zich was het wel proper, maar een nieuwe update zou toch welkom zijn. Omgeving is wel natuurlijk geweldig, met uitzicht op de rivier.'

'The "suite" was a single room with a king and pullout sofa, there was no separation. So if you are traveling with children be aware that this is the same as a double queen at any other hotel room.'

'Everyone was extremely nice down to the grounds keeper. The dishes were mis-matched and everything was outdated, but clean and functional. It is also near a ton stores, including Walmart. I will be recommending Vacation Villas Resort to anyone needing affordable accommodations on the Space Coast!'

'We visit Carlsbad several times a year and decided to try this property for the first time. While the location and ocean views are absolutely beautiful and hard to beat, the overall experience didn’t justify the price for us, especially at the rate per night. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon arrival, the floors felt dirty and were covered with sand throughout the condo, making it feel like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned.
