'Place was cute and cozy. We had six people (2 adults/ 2 teens/ 2 kids) and it was just right for our family as a home base as we left everyday for Dollywood/National Park/Gatlinburg. We mostly stayed out most of everyday. Only thing is if you have a larger family and want to stay in, the living room seating isn’t enough with 1 chair and 1 sofa, but if your like us and out most of the time or sitting on the back porch- the living room seating doesn’t matter. 'Our stay at the chalet was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how peaceful and beautiful everything was. The chalet is spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. 'I took my 16 yr old daughter and her best friends for a weekend stay in May. The teens had a blast in the arcade room hanging out and playing pool and video games. There were no issues finding the house or getting into the driveway in my loaded down CRV. The owners sent excellent directions. If it was wintertime, I would have needed four wheel drive, I think. 'This is a beautiful house. The pictures do not do the views enough justice. You can watch sun rise over the mountains from your bed. Hosts were absolutely amazing and communication was excellent. Wonderful place to stay!'

'Excellent and responsive communications with the host. The property is centrally located with lakeside view. Older 2 story home with steep staircases for entry access and interior 2nd floor bedrooms. Master bedroom bathroom is spacious. All other bathrooms are small but functional. The kitchen is well equipped with flatware, utensils and cookware.'

'The property, parking, rooms, were all fabulous. The only constructive feedback I have is that the hot tub jets kept cutting off after a few minutes. If you turn it down to 90 degrees they stay on, but at 100 it goes into power mode. The rooms were clean, plenty of towels and fun things to do like the foosball table and the pool table. '

'The location was perfect! Very easy walk to the gondola and beautiful views from the patio. Parking wasn’t very difficult. The steam shower was wonderful. The kitchen is small but useable, perfect for a short weekend or if you don’t plan on cooking much. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again!'
