'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'The view from the room is just mesmerizing'

'First of all the staff was 5⭐️+, second the place it’s exactly what you need nothing fancy but it’s exactly what you need like the beach, pool, bar and the restaurant. Things I didn’t like I couldn’t change the temperature of the air conditioning of the room it was ok but I like my room really cold. Second I didn’t like the food at all now that’s a personal choice but I didn’t like it at all, I would love to see more choices to pick.'

'Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour une seule nuit après notre vol avant de démarrer notre trip. Nous avons eu un appartement ! Canapé, table, cuisine, petite salle de bain et chambre avec 2 lits (qui ne sont pas grands) L’hôtel a une belle piscine. 'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'We had a deluxe suite with pool/oceanview. At the pool a dj plays very loud music until 10 at night, which is very annoying if you’re looking to take a nap or relax in the room during the day. Sadly this room was also more expensive because of the view. We ordered a caesar’s salad which was delivered with chicken, and a another salad missing a key ingredient. The room itself was very nice, comfortable bed, although no door for the toilet and the water in the shower didn’t get that hot.'
