« Right in downtown Seneca Falls...classic old-school hotel with modern updates. Would stay here again! »

« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. »

« the staff was very friendly and the property itself was fantastic. »

« The house was amazing. Clean, and had every amenity imaginable. Full service kitchen. Multiple TV and sitting areas. Pool table, ping pong table, cards, board games. There was a full individually prepared breakfast every morning with fruit, bagels, muffins, eggs, French toast, bacon, sausage, juice, coffee, the works. Highly recommended as a great reasonably priced get away. I would suggest doing this stay with friends, the accommodations are perfect for this type of trip to the finger lakes (...

« Stephanie was a great host and a great cook! Breakfast and the coffee was excellent! I would stay there again! »

« Love the property. The decor was fabulous, modern, up to date, the beds were amazing, the pillows , the linens, kitchen has all the things, the dining table snd chairs, very unique, the chairs comfy, the bathrooms, excellent. highly recommend and will be staying again. »

« Jen is very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean. Access to a guest kitchen was handy to keep things we purchased and left overs; and the extra touch of having baked goods there was delightful! Breakfast was beautifully presented and tasty. Thank you for making our anniversary trip extra special! »
