'The hotel stunk like cigarette smoke bad. Front lobby is all behind bulletproof proof glass to talk to anyone. A booked what appeared to be a child’s birthday party with booming music was going on in a booked conference large room at 9:30pm . Extremely noisy . Would not recommend.'

'absolutely fantastic place to stay! Not a roach in sight and no crumbling paint anywhere. Perfectly maintained very quiet. Perfect if you are there on business. Believe me it is worth the extra money! You are worth the extra money! They have a free breakfast buffet with eggs and sausage in the morning and they even have a bar open until midnight. It's such a beautiful place and I really like staying there when I'm in Kansas City.'
