'The location is perfect, spacious room with good beds. The breakfast is simple and can use a little extra, everything is sweet with no healthy options except a small bowl of yoghurt or an apple. Reception staff on arrival didn’t seem to have a good day.'
'We had a great stay. We were in town for a concert. They accommodated us with luggage storage and early checkin. The room was great with old SF charm. We had a wonderful stay!'

'Dicht bij de luchthaven met shuttle service. Grote hotelkamer met twee aparte slaapkamers en in de woonkamer een grote slaapbank. Perfect voor gezinnen van 5/6. '
'Prima voor 1 nacht; ligt op 3 kwartier rijden van San Francisco. Wij hadden last van een keffende hond naast ons en werden verplaatst naar 1 verdieping hoger. Dus toen zaten we er precies boven! Het hotel ligt in een zakenwijk en wij waren er in het weekend. Moesten alsnog 30 dollar parkeerkosten betalen terwijl er bijna niemand stond en de slagbomen gewoon open waren! Verder is het gehorig, wakker gelegen van de tv van de buurman. Wc spoelde niet door dus vrij onhandig.
Wel een leuk restaurant...
'Really nice stay. Great staff, and atmosphere of tthe hotel was chill the place was also pretty clean, and comfortable. Shuttle is also included to and from the airport which is a plus. Overall it was a great experience my only nitpick is the lack of an indoor microwave, but they have one at the front desk if you need to reheat food.'
'The outdoor and indoor gas fireplaces were so beautiful. Blankets were available for cool evenings. A bar and restuarant were attached to the hotel. Hotel Zoe was blocks away from Fisherman's Wharf which was fun to explore.
The room was beautiful, efficient and clean. Coffee and tea were provided in the morning in the lobby.
Great place, great location. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.'
'Positives: good beds, helpful staff, clean rooms, nice lobby with a bar and plenty of space to do some work or relax.
Location is great, its just a 5 min walk from Powell Station and Union Square.
Negatives: small/cramped bathroom, single elevator that can take quite long to get a hold off and the rooms are a bit noisy, but thats purely dependent on your co-guests, so not a major throw-off in my opinion.

'Geweldig personeel. Doet er alles aan om je te helpen.
Geen eigen badkamer, maar alles gedeeld omdat ze het hotel in originele staat hebben gehouden. Soms moet je daardoor even wachten om wat te kunnen doen, maar er zijn wel veel douches aanwezig. Ook zijn er male up reinigers doekjes, wattenstaafjes En nog wat andere dingen die je kan pakken. Ook is er een koffie en thee bar waar je gewoon van kan pakken.'
