'Very clean, helpful staff, beautiful grounds '

'After a 12 hour delay in flights we arrived at night in stead of day time, really nice reception quick and smooth but that was the inly positive vibe we noticed later. We arrived around 22.00 everything in the hotel but also in town was closed , we looked and asked everywhere , we couldn’t buy something to drink even water or stronger at our arrival. Super strange on a friday night it looked like a gohst town (pretty but nothing to do) super sad Went to bed curtain did not want to go down and...

'We had a great 3-night stay here. Very clean property with huge rooms (booked the suite for the 5 of us). Staff is excellent, especially Judy and Flynn at reception who went out of their way to help us with all of our ferry-questions. Decent breakfast, continuously restocked. Close to Larkspur ferry that takes you to San Francisco ferry building. If we're ever in the area again there's no doubt that we'll be staying here again. 'Property has a lot of deferred maintenance. Many furnishings that newer Courtyards have. But many more needed to be brought current. Staff is wonderful. '

'Stayed in a king-bed room with a loft. Very clean, designed-looking room with thoughtful furnishing like the drawers under the loft staircase and a really comfortable bed in the loft. The soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioners, all in large containers with handpump, all felt luxurious with their herbal scents. Beautiful grounds. Very friendly and helpful management. And Mable's serves excellent food. The grilled trout was amazing!'
