'Great hotel. It’s a bit outside the center of activity but with bus stops across the street it’s easy to reach all Hakone highlights. Breakfast is good and room was very spacious. Onsen is nice as well although a bit small. Downside is that you have to reserve diner a day before. '

'Amazing and magical experience! The hospitality of the staff is at a very high standard. Perfect for couples. Every room is different but they each have a private onsen with hot spring water. Only stayed one night and it’s been highlight of our 2 week Japan trip so far. '

'Its a little bit of a hike going to the inn so be aware not to bring big luggages. I did read the previous review and had only my overnight bag and that helps a lot. The inn itself is pretty clean, the staff were accomodating and I was able to book the private onsen. Its a nice place to relax after a long day of walking around hakone'

'Beautiful hotel, but it was a bit of a walk from the bus station if you’re going into Hakone. Be sure to call the hotel to have a shuttle pick you up from the nearest shuttle stop, which is down the hill from the property. Stuff that was super nice although they didn’t know too much about the tourist bus lines-recommend getting a hug Kone 1 to 3 day pass if you’re staying longer. 'Excellent service, checking in was fast and friendly. The rooms are large and luxurious with a “Zen” feeling. Breakfast & dining were very good, We tried the onsen, it was outstanding, after this you really feel born again. But most important and probably the best reason to book this hotel is because of the staff, they gave us top service and were so kind and gave us the best tips for sightseeing '
