'For the price, this was a fine stay. With that said, the facilities are in need of a major update. The rooms are really dated, furniture is stained, and plaster is cracked in several areas. The description is a bit misleading - several of the pools are quite small and one is off limits to kids. The family pool area has signs saying there is food and drink delivery but there isn't. The water slide was never open when we were there. We enjoyed the big pool areas but they are very crowded on the...

'The outside of the hotels needs to be renovated. Pool isn’t as nice as the photos. I was also charged for breakfast when breakfast was “included” when I called the front desk had told me I had to pay for breakfast because “it was worked into my rate” I eventually got my refund. Wouldn’t recommend and would never stay here again. '

'Enjoyed the pool. Very modern front desk and lobby. As far as the rooms go, it looks like a Comfort Inn that Hilton bought and put their name on the building. The bathroom showers were in poor repair; missing and soiled causing that looks like a poor repair job. Furniture as definitely outdated. Just didn't live up to my expectations given that I've been a Hilton Honors program. I took pictures to document.'

'My only complaint was our room had a very off putting smell that is hard to describe. Room #302. And the fans did not cool down the room very well, there were times it felt stuffy. But other than that, the staff was great and food was amazing!'
