'For the price, this was a fine stay. With that said, the facilities are in need of a major update. The rooms are really dated, furniture is stained, and plaster is cracked in several areas. The description is a bit misleading - several of the pools are quite small and one is off limits to kids. The family pool area has signs saying there is food and drink delivery but there isn't. 'The room I stayed in felt boxy, but still nice and clean. My room view was of maintenance, so that was not so exciting to hear or see in the morning. Sadly I did not get to take advantage of the resort big lagoon pool or even see it, though I was charged a resort fee just for staying there. I was only here for one evening (much needed rest, which I got). Perhaps it would have been more enjoyed with a partner or kids. 'My only complaint was our room had a very off putting smell that is hard to describe. Room #302. And the fans did not cool down the room very well, there were times it felt stuffy. But other than that, the staff was great and food was amazing!'
