'There are no elevators for the 2nd floor.. certain staff weren't as friendly and its next to the freeway so its noisy. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend staying here.'

'The front desk staff at this hotel was horrible, with the exception of Janet, she was the only friendly face I encountered behind the front desk in my 10 nights stay. I called to ask about a package there and encountered the worst behaving person on duty, she refused to give her name and was not at all helpful about my package enquiry and she even hung up on me. 'everything was nice the only thing i could say is that the bed/matress could`ve been a bit more comfortable considering my booking was for a superior room with kingsize bed but thats all really, the room was quite spacious they had some free things as well which was quite nice staff was really nice to me had no problems what so ever '
