'À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. '

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns angeboten da zu parken, da unser Zimmer in der Nähe war. Wir sind da rein gefahren, nur um festzustellen, dass die Garage voll war und nur über 6 Plätze verfügt. 3 davon waren mit Traktoren besetzt und 3 vermutlich vom Personal. 'Tutto si può riassumere in poche parole: soggiorno fantastico in una splendida camera di uno splendido palazzo (X secolo!) di una splendida cittadina in compagnia di persone stupende! Come ospitalità non si può trovare più di così!!! 'Very Italian spacious property the area was very good The ac does shut off after a few hours for economic reasons and the nicely arranged showers did leak but it was beautiful we were six adults that had enough space and three bathrooms ( one couple did sleep on a sofa bed but it was not terrible) it could use a bit of update for for lighting and the sofa beds mattress good fit for us '

'This is the most under rated property in Florence! request a first floor, Piazza facing apartment and your view is spectacular! Never mind the people watching! Worth every dollar spent. Just know that it is noisy at night until around 1am as it's in a very public piazza but you just need good earplugs or the aircon on to drown that out if it was to bother you. '

'Vacation for a family of 5. The apartment was nice. The only downside was poor communication. I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early. 'We had the most incredible experience here!!! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location that is safe and convenient- only about 10 minutes to the Duomo. Our hotel room was clean, spacious, and updated. The hotel amenities were amazing (free water, coffee, and snacks, luggage storage before check in, etc.). I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel! Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip!'
