'The reason I didnt give this a complete 5 stars is because the fire alarms kept going off on the upper floors . We had to take the stairs - all 23 flights down only to find out it was a false alarm and the staff knew absolutely nothing about it . This happened 3 different times . When you are that high up it matters if the alarms are working or not . Otherwise it’s a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view'

Their excellent customer service made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain the property.
