« Beautiful clean unit with a responsible host! Check in was easy, and the unit was reasonably priced and just what we needed. Except for; the listing says air conditioned yet there is no thermostat in the unit. Every day the unit was comfortable, but at night time it got excessively hot. I had to message the host each time I wanted the unit cooler and it didn’t really seem successful. For a listing that isn’t a room in a house, it’s its own studio apartment, I should have my own temperature...

« Great place definitely recommend close to everything »

« If your looking for just a clean room- check! If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other...

« Liked: Very clean and comfortable studio. Check-in was so easy. Yadria was amazing and gracious. She responded to emails immediately. I stayed 11 days, and it was perfect. With a private entrance from the private fenced yard. The studio was beautifully done. It was on a very quiet street. The location was perfect. You couldn't ask for a better place. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Yadria John »

« The place was pretty clean - towels and bedsheets smelling very fresh. The place is exactly as the pictures. The only issue I had was the lock not working with the assigned code but the host made sure I got a physical key. My checking was at 3pm but I couldn't arrived until midnight... GOSH, he answered the phone at that time to help me out. Juan was awesome! »

« Grand appartement très propre, vue des deux côtés de la mer, très bien équipé, bonne connexion wifi. Emplacement au calme. Tout était parfait ! 2 ou 3 restos dans le coin à pied mais pas de boutiques. Nécessite une voiture pour cela. A recommander ! »

« Private back patio space is perfect for home bodies that enjoy being outdoors. The bed is extremely comfortable and the kitchen can cook any meal, convenient or gourmet. The laundry mat is a convenient 3 min walk, & very well established, opened until 10pm. The bathroom is luxurious with ample space and modern feel all around. The hosts are extremely friendly & accommodating. It was a real pleasure to stay the 2 weeks at this residence. It will definitely be considered in the future as I...
