'Our Hostess Tracey was amazing. We were welcomed with snacks and champagne, even some hard lemonades in the fridge. It was clean and the AC was cold. Just what we needed. A great place for the proximity to the concert venue. We had a hard time with the code and she answered right away!'

'Beautiful clean unit with a responsible host! Check in was easy, and the unit was reasonably priced and just what we needed. Except for; the listing says air conditioned yet there is no thermostat in the unit. Every day the unit was comfortable, but at night time it got excessively hot. I had to message the host each time I wanted the unit cooler and it didn’t really seem successful. For a listing that isn’t a room in a house, it’s its own studio apartment, I should have my own temperature...

'Mr. Chase, son and Sasha are amazing host!!! They accommodate everything that was provided went above and beyond, the room was extremely clean, great set of pillows, bed is very firm considering that is great on my back, love the retro mini refrigerator, they even throw in a birthday balloons with some cholocate and a card for my wife , man is literally anything anyone can ask for. The hot tub was so spot on as well, wow love it! Great swimming poor too i miss this place already not going to...

'If your looking for just a clean room- check! If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other...

If you’re looking for a nice and quiet place to stay that is centrally located to Lake Worth beach and West Palm, this is the place for you. '

'Liked: Very clean and comfortable studio. Check-in was so easy. Yadria was amazing and gracious. She responded to emails immediately. I stayed 11 days, and it was perfect. With a private entrance from the private fenced yard. The studio was beautifully done. It was on a very quiet street. The location was perfect. You couldn't ask for a better place.
