« House was perfect for all of us to find our happy spots. Pool, hot tub, waterside, shady seats -- all used. Sunsets were great and walked daily to Rotary Park for fun or weekend activities. Area and house are still being rebuilt from Hurricane, but it didn't hamper us much (one nearby restaurant was still closed). Recommended! »

« Master bedroom on ground floor is perfect. Quiet corner lot. Lots of space for everyone. Love the bikes and extras provided in the gargage. Owner is very responsive! Only 2 notes...first hot tub is only on certain hours unless requested and second no binder for favorites, instructions, etc. Wonderful property and great stay!! »

« My kids and I had a wonderful stay. Overall the space was fantastic. The pool and lanai area were a great place to hang out. Inside, the living room was very comfortable, nice big kitchen with everything you need, and the bedrooms and bathrooms had clean sheets and plenty of towels. It was nice to have some extras included like fishing rods and coolers. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Publix and many restaurants. I travel a lot and this was one of the nicer places I have stayed in. »

« Luke’s home is even more spectacular than the pictures show. The sunset view from the lanai or dock area down the canal is wonderful.The home and grounds are very well kept up and clean. The 2 kayaks provided are a great bonus since they are pricey to rent. Luke always answered any questions we had immediately.Be sure to also take a short walk to the Sands Park! We already booked the home for our vacation again next year. »

Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property. »
