'The outside was park-like. The concerns about no music and quiet after 9pm, don't seem to apply to the neighbors in the HOA. Construction across street always kicked off at 7:30. Party behind house went until midnight. House was surface clean, but dirty under beds and couches. I texted pics of damage we noticed after check-in. '

'Comfortable, roomy space with a nice deck overlooking a stream. Had breakfast out there and watched the birds a bit. Convenient to everywhere we planned to go and great to return to an easy, comfy place at the end of the hikes and wine tasting. '

'The place was comfortable. Very family friendly with lots of indoor and outdoor activities. Everything was clean. All the amenities..dishwasher, washer, dryer, hot tub. Kitchen was well appointed with all the pots, pans utensils, and dishes needed included stuff for little ones. Highly recommend. '

I drove a rented Class B RV van and was fine, even as a newby RV driver. The owner(s) have put much thought, detail and love into the aesthetics, amenities and overall guest experience. '

'Our stay was great! The kitchen was really well stocked and had a lot of equipment (coffee grinder, immersion blender, plenty of bowls and pans) that we really appreciated. We had 8 adults (4 couples), and it was plenty of space. The upstairs bedroom doesn't have a door, which was just something we had to keep in mind because of sound travelling. Jen was super communicative and gave us great recommendations. The pool and outdoor space was great and the slide was surprisingly fun even for adults....

'We had an incredible stay over a long weekend and were able to visit both Sonoma and Santa Rosa and a few wineries in between. We got a lot of use from the pool and game room area and we found the neighborhood peaceful and relaxing. Owners were great with communication and the home is stocked with everything you need. Would definitely return if we had the opportunity! '
