'T.J. was an excellent and accommodating host! He had intimate knowledge of the area and made great suggestions for us to make the most of our time in LA. The property itself was beautiful, and my partner and I wish we'd had more time to thoroughly enjoy it. If we are ever back in LA, though, The Patrician is definitely at the top of our list for a place to stay! '

'I really liked how the place was really quiet. It was in a good neighborhood and they made it very convenient to check-in. To answer the phone when I called immediately and returned to all my calls and I like that, because I don't have to send around outside plus they had parking although it did cost $18. It was worth it'

'The host canceled our stay on the same day of arrival due to plumbing issues. I was just a little disturbed with still being charged a large amount. Just an admonishment to those reading my review, beware of scams. I am not saying that is what this was, but it is very possible. I am not a happy Expedia customer right now!'
