'This is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We loved that we could walk to the market, stores and restaurants. The hosts have provided everything you can think of in the house with extra pillows, towels and supplies. I love that you don’t have to clean anything before you leave - no washing sheets or towels or vacuuming like some other places we’ve stayed. There’s a nice place to sit out front of the house to enjoy the flowers, butterflies and birds. Every time you walk out you are greeted...

'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'

'Gewoon top studio ! Ruim, netjes, eigenlijk alles wat je wilt. Grote plus is de wasmachine en droger, gewoon fijn. Absolute aanrader. '

'Great location but in a residential area so you will get dogs barking, odd party, car horns, does get quiet around 10 though. We had large sitting room/kitchen, tv should be larger for such a large room. Basic but functional furniture and beds. Shower had poor pressure but ok. Air con control looks like digital clock on the wall, front door is electronic, you need to touch the Yale symbol for the numbers to appear, lock the same way, some doors had instructions, some did not. Parking garages...

'Staff were amazing, extremely helpful, room was very clean & comfortable bed. The kitchen did not have an electric jug so we just used a pot, it was not a problem. Location is interesting in old Downtown, the area would have been a hotspot back in the 50's & 60's, great old buildings.'

'We needed a place to stay for a week extremely last minute/day of do to a plumbing issue in our apartment and they were very accommodating of us and our large dog! Great communication throughout the stay and we really appreciated the pet treats and wine they left for us. '

'I love the high ceiling and the layout of the apartment. Very comfortable. The parking lot was next door and it was easy to park. The rooftop was very nice and big. Very impressive.'
