'Wij verbleven 3 nachten in dit appartement. Het is een heel fijn appartement met parkeergelegenheid. De keuken is ruim voorzien en er is een grote woonkamer aanwezig. De slaapkamer is ruim en het bed is ook heel comfortabel. Tevens een goede badkamer met alle benodigdheden. Met de auto ben je snel bij diverse supermarkten en restaurants en ook binnen 15 minuten ben je in Hollywood. Wij hebben het heel erg fijn gehad in dit appartement! '

'We’ve been renting this unit when we visit the Burbank area. Access is easy. Parking is a breeze. There is a small kitchenette, so we avoid dining out all of the time. Having the private outdoor sitting area is one of the best features. The owner resides in the main house, and is a wonderful guy.'

'My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️'

'To make a long stories in short, it is extraordinary experience at the peak of rocky Chatsworth peak, viewing all the valley area from the peak of the mountain. Super clean property crispy clean air and sunshine and no mosquito and harmful bugs even at night with lighting. Contact the host and try to book 'C' studio. It was unforgettable memory of enjoying exclusive and hidden privileged beauty and nature of California.'

'I've stayed in many VRBOs over the years. This was in a great location and decorated beautifully. My host was very gracious and accommodating of my allergy to fragrance. I was on the go much of the time and didn't spend much time there, but the time I did was great. I highly recommend this condo!'

'This is our second time staying at this location. I cannot emphasize how amazing the location is, especially if you are visiting Warner Bros., Universal Studios, or Hollywood. The location is extremely quiet and safe, stores and restaurants are close by, and the drive to Universal is less always quick. The apartment is updated and lovely as well.'

'My brother and his son who is 16 stayed at the property. They absolutely love the location. They spent a day over at Warner Brothers doing the tour they appreciate all the toiletries That were left for them. They enjoyed an evening sitting by the back at the fire and spoke highly of the decor and how comfortable the beds were!'

'I chose this for its location - approximately 3 blocks from my dad's home, and conveniently close to Starbucks and the regional library! The parking situation was a little challenging and I was glad I didn't have a car to juggle with a very busy street to pull out on. The room itself was lovely and the bathroom was great. The kitchen situation, with all appliances plugged into an outlet strip, was not the safest. I'm glad the fridge and microwave worked! '

'We enjoyed our Thanksgiving with our daughter who lives in LA. This place is cozy, and had everything we needed. The traffic noise was noticeable in the living areas, but closing the bedroom door really cut down the noise for sleeping. The bed is our only real complaint, as it is very noisy whenever you move even just the slightest. Overall, it was a great stay and very convenient to visit with our daughter.'
