Canyon Guesthouse

Located in the enchanting community of Chevy Chase Canyon your space is the lower half of a mid-century home.

Surrounded by nature, you may spot deer on your morning walk to the charming neighborhood cafe or hear owls and frogs at night while enjoying a bite or drink at the Chevy Chase Country Club.

This peaceful and woodsy enclave of LA is close to many other neighborhoods and attractions including Universal Studios, Dodger Stadium, Eagle Rock, Silverlake, Los Feliz and Highland Park.

The space
The home is only a few minutes away from downtown Glendale.

There is a separate entrance for your space with your own key.

The space has a kitchenette with kitchen cabinets, a sink, a refrigerator and a microwave. It also includes utensils, bowls, plates and cups.

The space has its own bathroom with a sink and shower.

There is a 65 inch TV with streaming services including Youtube, Netflix, Hulu, etc. available.

The WiFi works well, and there is ample street parking that is always available in front of the home.
