'Everything was great'

'My room was without ac. It was reported to management and they attempted to provide a fan to cool the room which did not work. They sent someone to see if the ac unit could be serviced but that was unsuccessful. I was told they were sold out of the room type we reserved and they would put us in a smaller room, with no balcony, on a lower floor. We asked if they would be able to accommodate us on the price being that it was a downgraded room. We were told that they couldn’t make any adjustments...

'I really enjoy staying at the property. It was my first solo trip. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I had no issues checking in and was able to get anything I needed delivered to my door. I will say that the pool was just a little smaller then what I would hope but that’s OK because the hotel shuttles you to the beach for free! I would definitely recommend staying !'
