'The staff was friendly and helpful; however, check-in was not available to us when we arrived at 4 am after a long flight and a two-hour drive. We had to wait until the front desk people showed up at 6 am. The music was too loud, and when parties were happening in the conference room, it kept you awake if you were in the 100's rooms. The weekends are open like a club and the pool is open to outside guests.'

'Our overall experience at this hotel was great. The amenities that this hotel offers in addition to multiple restaurants on site, multiple pools, easy access to beach (including beach chairs and umbrellas with room), etc. Our double queen patio room was always cleaned and provided us with new towels without ask. 'The rooms need refurbishing. The bathroom door of my room had a hole. The comforter had a blood stain. House keeping came and changed the next day. Pool area beautiful. Staff great and friendly. '

'Not what I expected'

'The room was spacious and clean. The 2 pools were nice. The main restaurant was nice. The hot water was not really warm in our room, even after maintenance came out to look at it in our room specifically. Our son had a room a few doors down and his hot water worked well. The resort was quiet, and beautiful. The bar's drinks were strong. Our biggest complaint is that we tried to book the all-inclusive when we arrived at the resort and we were told we had to pre-book that. We booked within...

'It’s a nice hotel with a big room and overall clean. The pool was nice although the hot tub wasn’t clean when I wanted to use it. My room was pretty dark and the bathroom and the sheets could have used an upgrade. Also there were so many mosquitoes, maybe they can consider putting in mosquito repellent or refilling it. Also the fridge was set too low and it froze all my food.'
