« This is a decent rental, priced properly low in a high rent area of SoCal. Reasons for lower value include no hot water, no lock on the front door (albeit a safe, beautiful neighborhood), worn carpet, and design that is more of an efficiency vs. an apartment. I did not meet the owner, but he was very responsive. Good crash pad rental for a no-frills traveler who does not want to pay 700-1,000 for hotels in the area. »

Host has gone out of her way to make this visit to San Pedro enjoyable. Parking was terrific. Room for a ton of people if you’re traveling with a large group. Primary bathroom was absolutely amazing. « We rented this home to come into town for my mom’s funeral. We have a large family and needed the space for everyone to gather and sleep comfortably, and this was perfect! The master bedroom, kitchen and living room are larger than what I thought from looking at the photos. Every bed was made comfortably, the bathrooms were stocked with essentials, there were toys for our 3 year old, the internet was 1k download and 1k upload, so the teens were able to game with high speed, the yard was...

« Room has a slightly an ocean view with little obstruction. Awesome for mornig Joe. Great neighborhood, easy parking. The Shower is very small. I am 5'10" 200lbs. no body should be bigger to get in and out and use shower. There is also too much furniture. »
