'We stayed here as an extended family to be close to a surprise birthday party for my brother who lives in PV. It was an easy drive back and forth, the place was spotless and spacious, and the back patio was really enjoyable. We spent some time on the front balcony as well. The kitchen is uber-equipped too. The beds were very comfortable. Ashley was an excellent host with detailed and clear communication. We would definitely stay here again! '

'This is a decent rental, priced properly low in a high rent area of SoCal. Reasons for lower value include no hot water, no lock on the front door (albeit a safe, beautiful neighborhood), worn carpet, and design that is more of an efficiency vs. an apartment. I did not meet the owner, but he was very responsive. Good crash pad rental for a no-frills traveler who does not want to pay 700-1,000 for hotels in the area. '
