'This little slice of heaven has picked in an alley was absolutely delightful! The staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time. The room was very spacious for a room that had to accommodate a family of four. The location is actually quite convenient as well. Close to shopping, groceries, and the train system. 10/10 recommend!'

'Beautiful ryokan! Has the perfect balance between tradition Japanese style house and modern twist. The private onsen was amazing, the washing machine in the house was so convenient and easy to use (with the help of Google translate) multiple bathrooms, and ampule of space. The small kitchenette with a fridge also included. I would recommend this place to any traveller. Theres nothing to complain about.'

'Instructions unclear about accessing property. We took a cab from kyoto station to the property where we had no access to enter. Apparently you need to go to an office near kyoto station before you are allowed into the property. Once there the staff did coordinate travel to the property. The property location was nice with many restaurants and shops with a 15-20 minute walk. Property was very nice with clothes washer and a way to dry the clothes as well as Instructions for how everything worked...

'Camera ordinata e spaziosa per due persone con due valige da 25 kg ciascuna. Bagno pulito e tutti gli accessori bagno (asciugamani puliti, saponi, spazzolini...) sempre disponibili nella lobby. Personale cordiale che parla inglese. La camera viene pulita ogni 3 giorni. Zona tranquilla e posizione comoda ai trasporti, molto vicina al castello di nijo-jo, e centro raggiungibile a piedi in 30 minuti o 10 minuti con i trasporti.'
