'If you’re looking for a quiet, mature and small resort to relax and unwind, this is your place. It’s a small intimate resort that has great food and service. The staff was accommodating and the overall ascetics were beautiful. Only downside, there was no entertainment. Other than that, this place was a great place to stay '

'Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that...

'The beach practically didn’t exist and was very dirty. The photos on the website are clearly photoshopped. The food was very limited for the entire resort—there was only one buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On top of that, you had to wait in long lines, and there weren’t many food options available. There were zero activities, both for children and adults. I would never return again.'

'Hotel & Beach Club Ojo de Agua is a perfect option if you are doing a round trip in Yucatan and don't want to spend your first night on arrival in Cancun. 'It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. 'The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.'

'It was a pleasant stay except that! The hot water does not work, the air conditioning fails 1 time out of 4. Not to mention that the pool's water levels are too low, so the filter doesn't work.…. '
