'Nos sorprendió lo grande que es el hotel, las distancias a recorrer son grandes pero el hotel brinda traslado gratis para todos lados. La comida en general fue muy buena. La hora de check out es a las 10:00 am pero te dejan estar en el hotel hasta las 5:00 pm. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, aunque los colchones un poquito duros y el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no enfriaba bien'

'The hotel is in the tourist area of Ixtapa; basically a row of big hotels where this is one of the furthest away from that centre. Approx. 450-500 yards. You will find the 'towel-people' here (claim a pool chair in the early morning) but there are still plenty available. The pool is not deeper than a yard and rather big. Rooms are not spacious but clean and with air conditioning. Regardless on which side you are, there will (loud) music in the evening. Sometimes until 2AM. The food is,...

'The concierge department, Kayle, Selen, and Rafa get getting us checked in booking our VIP perks and in having fish that we caught while we were out fishing prepared by the kitchen with three different plates. Excellent job thank you.'
