'Los colchones son muy duros y las almohadas resultan muy incómodas para descansar. Además, no hay personal disponible en recepción para atender cualquier necesidad o solicitud de los huéspedes. Considero que, por el precio de la habitación, existen hoteles mucho mejores en los alrededores. En mi experiencia, este hotel no cumple con una buena relación calidad-precio, por lo que no lo recomiendo.'

'Originally given the wrong type of room. Property overall was great, but the beds were really hard and so were the pillows, which made it hard to get a good nights rest. Food was very repetitive, Best was El Faro. Air conditioned game room is needed with pool tables, ping pong, lotería. Evening entertainment was good. Pool and activities ended too early especially for young adults. Property is beautiful, does not lend itself to walking, but transportation is available.'

'The hotel is in the tourist area of Ixtapa; basically a row of big hotels where this is one of the furthest away from that centre. Approx. 450-500 yards. You will find the 'towel-people' here (claim a pool chair in the early morning) but there are still plenty available. The pool is not deeper than a yard and rather big. Rooms are not spacious but clean and with air conditioning. Regardless on which side you are, there will (loud) music in the evening. Sometimes until 2AM. The food is,...

'En muy mal estado las instalaciones, no se ve como en las fotos, el aire acondicionado no sirve, ningún enchufe servía, no pudimos cargar los celulares, las sábanas super sucias, nos tuvimos que salir y buscar otro lugar donde quedarnos, perdimos ese dinero, que es mucho para lo que ofrece este lugar. No lleguen aquí, no lo recomendamos para nada, muy mal servicio y mala experiencia 😡'

'Our experience was wonderful ! Humberto was professional , welcoming and really care for our stay. We brought our little puppy and even she had a wonderful experience . The environment was calm, peaceful and enjoyable. We will be staying in the future !'
