Upon arriving to Ixtapa we were notified our luggage was left in Mexico City, not the hotels fault though. We arrived to a dirty room, the table was sticky and had not been cleaned. After after a horrible dinner, we went up to our room, the door lock would not let us in, someone was sent to look at it, after 40 mins in the hallway I wanted to speak to a manager, after telling him I was not impressed they changed us room, at 6 am my wife woke me up stating bugs where in the bed and she was bitten. we asked for a refund which we where given. I booked another hotel. Having stayed at Krystal Cancun and Krystal Los Cabo I chose Krystal Ixtapa as we had great experiences with this hotel before. I am extremely disappointed that the start of our trip was ruined to these experiences, sure they gave us a refund for 6 nights, not 7 as they still charged us to sleep with bugs. No offer of anything to make up for the poor experience we had, I felt the management could have handled this so much better, I expected more and now the Krystal has lost us as customers.
