'Restaurants and location were great. Had to wait in a long line when my keycards were not working. Extended checkout time was not possible despite being a Hilton Gold member. Room was cleaned only once in three nights.'

'Loved the fact that the cleaning staff not only took out the towels each day, but still swept and mopped (most days). It was a bit challenging getting new towels and wash clothes, but they would bring them up at some time during the day. The room was a good size and it was nice having the full kitchen with dishes, fridge, and our own washer and dryer (to keep up with our swim gear and towels). We would have loved to stay in this hotel if they had one on the Hilo side as well. Best bang for your...
