'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'The hotel is brand new. The room was wired all over with accommodating features like lighting and ambiance music. You won't find staff anywhere else that will provide this level of service. Marcos and Regina were a cut above. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay better and stress-free. The food was so good it made me emotional at times.
