The underground heating in the kitchen and bathroom was a good touch. Local amenities were very close. Tescos express is a 2 mins drive. Overall very satisfying stay'

'Well, you get what you pay for. I think this may be a fairly new property and they are certainly in the process of upgrading it so kudos to them for that. PROS: nice looking inside, clean, quiet, felt safe, full kitchen, washing machine, bathtub, private fenced back yard, nice linens and towels, electric kettle, enough kitchen utensils/pots/pans to cook a simple meal CONS: the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in, extremely squeaky upstairs floor and beds, the upstairs is not a King...

'This is a lovely house right in the centre of Rye, in walking distance from everywhere. Despite this it is quiet. The house is beautiful and has everything you need.'

'The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break.'

'The check-in was super uncomplicated and Maria provided a very thorough explanation of the property. She was contactable by phone at all times. The location of the property is great, the property itself is a great old house with plenty of space and some nice extras (i.e. Tennis court and Hot Tub, both in good condition). Cleanliness, however, was disappointing at best. Fridge, kitchen drawers, oven etc had obviously not been cleaned for a while. All sinks and bathrooms were quite grim, bed...

'A lovely relaxing weekend by the sea. We love the Beach House in Pevensey Bay; this was the second time we have stayed and just as perfect as the first time. The house is clean, lovely comfy beds and well designed through out. Kitchen is well equipped for relaxed cooking, whilst chatting to friends enjoying a drink in the comfy sofa and chairs. Oh and the hot tub! fantastic, even on a cold day in March. Can only highly recommend this place and the lovely host Jane who responds quickly and...

'This property is just amazing. Full of character and charm and so very well suited to the large group that we were. From under 2’s to grandparents in their 80’s, it was spot on Offering high chairs, potty’s, travel cots and plastic child friendly plates etc, as well as swings and garden toys, our great niece and nephew were very well catered for The house is full of nooks and crannies, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to sit and read or have forty winks! And what can we say about that...

'The flat was in a great location and Martyn the host was very helpful. It’s a large, light and airy space with 2 good sized bedrooms and a huge lounge/diner (though we tended to eat in the kitchen). The decor is very neutral & everywhere is very clean. We would definitely stay again.'
