« All the staff were friendly and super helpful. The resident pianist Alan was just fab. He was not only good but made you feel very welcome and spoke personally and passionately about the songs he was playing and gave some history behind them. He played all types of music and even asked the type of music we liked etc so he could play some for us. It was a pleasure to sit and listen to him. Our room was large and very comfortable and having the balcony that wrapped around made the views even...

« I would not book this hotel. It was the worst I have ever been in. Wanted to save on money but definitely not worth it. The bed sheets were not changed when we arrived. There were stains and hair. »

« Reception check in was smooth and friendly. Consideration of an event being held on a Saturday evening was communicated to us so we were put on the higher level floor (2) so we didn't get disturbedby the noise. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy, ironing board and hairdryer were supplied in the room along with coffee and tea making facilities. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Very reasonable room rates for an extremely comfy and clean hotel. »
