« We had a terrible and horrible experience. We booked for a 3 day stay last June 9-13,2026, ( temp averages 90-100) with my family including a 7 yo kid and a senior. The unit has no working AC. I informed the management and asked to send someone to check the AC. No reply.. sent messages again and demanded to give us another unit with working AC if he is not sending someone to check/fix the AC. With no AC working and high temperature on those days we barely can sleep and started to feel sick...

« Great room with a sweeping view of the city. Great breakfast at la Boucherie. Clean place. »

« The air filters were not cleaned. When we entered the room, the room smelled. The towels also smelled bad. There was not enough light in the room, especially when the paint was dark. Parts of the floor was colored with black crayon or marker. The drawers and cupboards were scratched badly. We had booked 2 rooms, 1 room had an AC that didn’t work. Overall the room was not maintained well. »

« This boutique hotel just re-opened. Everything is very chic and squeaky clean. It was very lightly booked when I went so the staff were incredibly attentive. They're still working a few bugs out, but everything was pretty smooth. For example, there weren't instructions on parking, but when I arrived, I called their number.
