« Everything was great, except of the AC unit. It was very difficult to work. »

« Walkable to downtown area which is a big plus since traffic and parking in the area are always bumper to bumper and pricey, respectively. Friendly and helpful staff with a nice welcome gift of some waters. Great breakfast selection with made to order omelets. Lazy river could benefit from cleaning and an update to the 3 inner tubes that were on their last legs, though overall great property. And while not a characteristic of the hotel specifically, it was both thrilling and frightening to see...

« We had a clogged toilet and when I spoke to the front desk, the lady gave me a plunger to open it myself. She told me that she would try to find someone if I was unable to get it fixed. The pool is in the parking lot and there is a lot of wasps at in the parking lot. »

« Très bon hôtel avec toutes les chambres avec la vue sur la rivière. Hôtel calme avec le personnel très disponible et accueillant. Dommage que la salle du petit déjeuner soit toute petite avec l'obligation de manger dans le hall. »

« It was off of the main drag in gap number but close enough to be able just to walk down the corner the hotel is absolutely beautiful and has been in the family for a very long time. We stayed in the luxury king fives around and it was absolutely beautiful Would definitely recommend this room to anybody that wanted to have a nice wonderful Stay »

« The hotel is off the main road through Gatlinburg. The surrounding area was remarkably quiet, despite the ongoing construction across the street. We walked to and from the hotel to the Aquarium, about 15 minutes. The park was easily accessible from this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the staff was courteous, and breakfast was the typical hotel fare. I would definitely stay here again. »

« The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way. »

« Stayed with my family for a weekend. Had a lot of fun from swimming in the pool needed to be cleaned in some areas but had fun going down the slide to relaxing in the jacuzzi. To taking the trolly to town to seeing baby cubs outside the hotel. »

« All good except the chairs on the room veranda were too big for the space. Could not sit there »

« The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times. »

« Friendly staff. Clean room. Walking distance to shops and eats. Great breakfast. Have stayed here several times and plan more stays for the future. Highly recommend staying here. »

« Un hôtel très agréable situé au bord d’une rivière à 2 pas de la rue principale de Gatlinburg. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons eu une grande chambre avec 1 lit queen size. Une salle de baignoire. Frigo et micro-ondes Propre et spacieux. Inclus le petit déjeuner bien achalandé. Nous recommandons si vous souhaitez decouvrir le Great Smoky Mountains NP »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »
