The service was outstanding, and we were very well taken care of — I believe by Angel, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. He truly made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again.'

The hotel is pretty isolated and you need a taxi or a car to get to stores, food or banks. Breakfast was not free and the food was delicious. '

'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'Patricia was very nice. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast great. It is in the outskirts of Cancun and very quiet and bad roads to drive. For us it was a perfect stay close to the airport.'

'Op zich leuke plaats mét zwembad maar te ver van centrum. Je moet de bus of taxi nemen om naar strand en / of centrum te gaan. Taxi is duur en zelfs slechts de helft van de chauffeurs weten dit te vinden . Bus heeft geen vaste stopplaats, je moet al de taal spreken om uit te vissen hoe en waar. Ik heb dan een andere kamer gekregen in een andere B&B van hun in het centrum. Hier was er dan echter weer geen zwembad en zelfs geen kast in de kamer om mijn spullen op te bergen. Uit m'n koffer geleefd....
