The bad: we were not on the list to stay there even though the owner received the payment and sent us a note (see you soon) all future communication went well. But there were no exit instructions. 'Sceptic door in bathroom at times very strong. Cooking utensils very cheap and went black with use of propane stove. But the location worked well for me and the outdoor common area was lovely.Property contact very responsive to tequests'

'It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great.
