'Beautiful, classically decorated interior spaces and my room looked at an area of forest covered mountain. Breakfast was lovely with a nice mix of Japanese and western selections (and a beautifully decorated cappuccino). Staff was incredibly friendly at check-in and check out. Room was clean and elegantly appointed. The bathroom was unbelievable Overhead rain shower and a soaking bath. Immaculate tiles. Main drawback is that the hotel is situated at the end of a fairly poor street in an urban...

'We had a great stay at this hotel. It is right on a bus route with the stop right in front of the hotel. The included dinner and breakfast was also amazing, with traditional and western options for breakfast. Try the Hakone loop bus, boat, rope line (ie gondola) and cable car attraction when you’re staying. '

A part of our room's sealing was only 185cm high!!!This hotel is clearly aiming at Japanese guests only. Location is convenient.'

'In het echt is dit Hotel nog veel mooier dan men volgens de foto's op internet zou verwachten. Het is een hotel met een enorm luxe inrichting, en met een daarbij behorende service en restaurants. er zijn twee grote restaurants. de een japans en de ander een Frans restaurant, welke wel aan de prijzige kant zijn. de twee restaurants hebben een fantastisch uitzicht over het meer (lake) Ashi. Het hotel is prima te bereiken met Hakone Highway bussen welke in ons geval vertrok vanuit het sinjuku...
