'Great location downtown. Elevator. Older hotel. Bathroom good. Small rooms Staff very good'

'The brown leather lounge chair in our room was stained with blood! Not just one but several spots! Ick! That chair needs to be removed stat! 'The grounds, bar and restaurant are beautiful, well staffed and maintained. Drinks were fantastic. The rooms and hallways are very dated.'

'Great location. Good price.'

'Nice hotel, good location and very good breakfast'

'Room clean. Breakfast bar is just enough to get you going. Single floor is nice for disability. Parking good. Didn’t really see much of any staff, but everything deserved a 4 star.'

'Goed te doen. Geen bijzonderheden, schoon. Aardig personeel.'

'The cottage was very clean and accessible. We have enjoyed our stay a lot. All the basic things were in the cottage. '

'There were stink bugs and the fridge did not work'

'Very friendly; loved that there was always cold pitchers of water in the downstairs fridge. Breakfast was good'

'I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of the lady working the front desk but this is our second time she has waited on us and is one of the friendliest people I have come across while staying at a hotel.'

'A lovely, quiet, well-maintained boutique hotel in a quiet setting. A pleasant main street of a few shops and restaurants just a block away. We especially enjoyed breakfasts at a local market. The hotel is well placed for enjoying the Finger Lakes area and is fairly close to both Ithaca and Watkins Glen.'
