'Heerlijke plek om te ontspannen in Cusco. Het hotel is helemaal van deze tijd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn stil wat enorm fijn is aangezien het hotel zeer centraal ligt. Het ontbijt is zeker de moeite waard en geheel naar verwachting van een Novotel/Accor hotel.
