« The only problem was that the restaurant and bar was closed. They sold the hotel the day before we got there and there was only one staff member on duty. She was wonderful. Everyone else quit Overall good stay but was expecting to use the restaurant dnd bar And we could not get into the hotel till 3pm. Because there was no staff »

« Vraiment jolie »

« As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. »

« We enjoyed the staff. Cindy was very helpful and breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay again. »

« Property is located in a beautiful setting on the lake. The garden and the view from the restaurant are incredible. We ate at the restaurant and some of the items were good but some were mediocre. Overall would love to stay there again, beautiful and relaxing place. »

« Jen, the owner, was an excellent host. She was welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Breakfast was like a family gathering. Each guest talked about what they did the previous day and what they planned to do today. It was great to share the different activities. And the variety of meals was always impressive. « This is a beautiful, old Victorian home going through the process of renovation. We were a family of 10 and the space met our needs for the past two weeks. We truly enjoyed the expansive front porch, the level access to the lake, the friendly community and boating and swimming activities in the lake. »

"The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never materialized. Very disappointing, because it could have been a perfect stay. We could come back if the manager promises to hire more people when it is required, and based on attendance. The poor room technician we crossed once looked perfectly exhausted and certainly not happy."
