'Faculty and grounds are older but very well maintained and landscaped. Located on a former farm in the hilly neighborhood off of the main strip so it’s a quiet neighborhood. 'Beautiful property surrounded by trees. Far enough up to feel secluded but close enough to get to town for shopping and shows. If you are not comfortable with thin winding mountain roads or have issues with stairs- this is not the place for you. But if those aren't concerns- it's a perfect little hideaway. Wood bees were a bit of a problem going up and down stairs but the owner was obviously on top of it trying to keep them from being an issue. Comfortable bed, any appliance or cooking gadget...
