'Very clean and great location. The grounds were nice and a great place for walking around. The complementary basket was great and we used most of the items! It was nice to make homemade pasta and not have to go out to restaurants for 3 meals a day. '

'Beautiful, fairy tales behind stay. The breakfast and evening meals were less good. There was also no possibility to eat in the village.Luckily the cook was kind enough to make a steak sandwich for us for the lunch.The staff were very helpful.'

'For the price, you are paying for the amazing loch views, and quiet serenity. Staff was very nice and helpful, food was great. However the owners need to update the rooms at this price point. I don’t mind experiencing the old charm of Scotland but not if it’s 1985 charm. Bathroom needs updating, even a curved shower curtain would go a long way. Wooden Floors are extremely creaky. 'This is a beautiful setting by the sea with idyllic walking in the area. The host greets you at the door and provides a thorough review of all the small things you usually have to ask about. A very comfortable lounge. I was able to open my window and listen to the songbirds greeting the day.'

'Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful setting. Spacious and comfortable, with pretty views. The restaurant was amazing (vegan and gluten free options too), and the grocery store/gift shop on site was a great feature (vegan, gluten free options at the store as well). 'Was a nice place but just not for me hosts were very friendly there was a set meal which didn’t really suit my tastes but there was no other choice 1 thing I found strange was sitting around a big table with guests you had only just met not forced too but you weren’t offered any other option other than that was ok for a 1 night stay bit remote nothing else around if you wanted to go out for food '
