'Beautiful apartment in a great location, short stroll to the Metro so very easy to get around Paris, lots of cafes, restaurants, shops close by - the patisserie below is a must! Host Philippe was fantastic, responded quickly and very accommodating - free WiFi was such a bonus too! Loved every minute of our time in Paris, made all the more special staying at this lovely apartment. Highly recommend'

'WiFi werkt niet en geen antwoord gehad op mijn berichtje. Wasmachine werkt niet. Tooster werkt half aan 1 kant. Verder klopt de foto niet met huisje. Erg basic. Geen wasteil en schaar. Ligging prima, dicht bij bakker, supermarkt en metro.'

'The place was very dirty and there was an ant infestation as well. The check in process was a nightmare as the management company left everything about check in until the very last minute, and provided an out of service number at the time of booking, where they could not be reached. I had to escalate this issue with no resolution. I complained to them about various issues upon arrival and got no response until the night before my departure. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting place to stay....

'C'est à chacun de décider s'il loue ou non. Poils dans et sur la paroi de la douche. Ventilateur de la hotte sale et graisseux. Congélateur non dégivré. Rideaux de la cuisine sales et bruns. Cadre de fenêtre dans la cuisine sale. Brosse de toilette usée - trop petite. Lit trop dur et trop étroit. Les rideaux de la chambre à coucher laissent passer trop de lumière. Robinet d'eau froide de la salle de bain ne fonctionnant pas, brossage des dents dans la cuisine. Porte-rouleau des toilettes...

'The room is quite small, with a large (convertible) double bed. Everything essential is fitted into a tight space. The excellent, but small bathroom has a wash basin the size of a shoebox. Location is fine, if not great. But with so much key information on line only, a key shortcoming was the very weak wifi. This made my stay much more difficult.'

'The 80 stair steps bring you to a quiet studio. Clean and ok. It takes a little gymnastics to get into the bed, because it is tucked away under the sloping ceiling. Various shops and nice restaurants in the area and a metro stop very close by. Contact with the owner is easy. Good for a few days of exploring Paris.'

'Ma sœur et moi avons passé un très beau séjour à l’appartement. Sa situation est idéale, tout est proche. Mike nous a très bien accueilli et répondu à nos questions. Attention, l’escalier qui mène à la mezzanine demande une certaine agilité physique. Je recommande pour de jeunes gens.'

'The prooerty was just as describe in the Marais area. Bey close to St. Antoine and walking distance to most sites of interest In a very quiet area and secure building. The only issue wa that when taking a shower the watet would overflow in the bathroom'

'We really enjoyed our stay here as our apartment was close and central but quiet and peaceful when we returned from the bustling streets. Patric welcomed us and was very helpful and friendlywhen we required help over working out the TV! It was a pleadure to stay in such a comfortable and spacious apartment.'

Our communication with Olivier before our arrival was easy, he met us at the apartment with some instruction, and we instantly enjoyed the apartment. The bedroom sizes were big by Parisian standards, and there was ample closet space with plenty of hangers with hanging shelves (there were not any dressers to place clothes in).
