The apartment address is on rue des francs bourgeois which is the main commercial street in le marais with a lot of shops and restaurants and is 50 meters away from place des vosges. The metro stop is Saint Paul on line 1.

The apartment is a walk up on the noble floor ( 1st floor or 2nd floor american) . it was superbly renovated and possesses the perfect balance of historic beauty, modern conveniences ( central air-conditioning,, high end appliances, sophisticated lightings, perfect sound insulation) ), and ideal location. . it consists of a fully equipped kitchen , a living room with a convertible sofa , a bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm by 200cm or 72 inches by 80 inches) and two full bathrooms.
The apartment comes free WI-FI and international cable channels.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers high quality linens and towels.

Le Marais is one of the most charming areas of Paris. XVII century old district with plenty of 'hotels particulars' (mansions) and gardens. Museums. Luxury shopping, galleries and the traditional selection of food shops you can find in a French living area.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

the location is spectacular - in the best/ most active/ interesting part of the Marais - and super quiet at night. Very large apartment for the heart of Paris. Large comfy king size bed - laundry/ washer dryer - that's a treat- adequate kitchen cookware/ drip coffee and nespresso machine ( bring your own coffee)- saint paul metro a few streets away - with cafes/shopping/groceries stores. If you love vintage clothing/ crafted perfumes you will be overwhelmed with choices....The apartment is very comfortable. Our host was very kind when we found out our flight was cancelled the same day we were due to leave - luckily ( january ) he could accommodate our extended stay- merci infiniment Olivier. Hope to return soon

Fun amazing location in a great neighborhood

We completely loved staying here. It was convenient to everything, comfortable bed, with a view of a happening street. It's roomy with two bathrooms which is a plus. Prepare for a few broken handles on the front door and both showers. The shower heads spray all over. The hand held shower by the small bathroom toilet needs to be turned off or it will flood the floor. It took me 2 days to figure out where the water was coming from. The larger bathroom window could use better blinds for more privacy. The washer and dryer was a little challenging, but I figured it out. The dryer takes awhile. It could use new towels and that aren't still sort of wet.You have to get through three doors and small climb of stairs to get to the place, but for the location and price I looked over those things. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly. It's above a bunch of shops, food, coffee and much more. I would stay again.

Fabulous property

We had a great stay at this property. Olivier was very helpful and offered great communication. The property was more than big enough for our family of 4 and the location was amazing. Easy metro ride to the champs elysees, Eiffel Tower and very walkable to the louvre, seine and notre dame. Amazing shopping and restaurants close by. Highly recommend White coffee.

Best location we could have imagined

Spent eight days at this apartment. Best thing about it was the location. Second the AC. It was a hot week (though the AC is noisy, so we turned it off at night). Charming place, a mix of rococo style decoration and IKEA. Functional. Some pieces of decor are a bit run down (questioning the luxury positioning of the description) or broken but still charming. Bed was very comfortable. Kids slept in the pull down couch, a bit squeaky but they were tired from all the walking! TV did not work, but we didn’t miss it. LOCATION was amazing, charming street, stores, restaurants close to so many monuments and museums; and size - big for Paris standards. We had a very nice time.

This was a really great location. It was a block from the metro, within walking distance of the Notre Dame, and surrounded by unique shops, cafes, and museums. Olivier was very helpful and clearly takes pride in being a host.

Paris by Marais

Great location, love to open the doors on 2nd floor to the very very busy street. Great window keep out the street noise unless you like that. Two full baths one the tiniest ever on second floor no elevator housekeeping poor dust everywhere. Well equipped kitchen except for the horrible glass and china. Horrible. Olivier met us and explained everything. Did not respond when we texted him tha the door handle fell off. Put it back but uncertain if it holds. About 300 something a night. Enjoy. We did

Wonderful stay in Marais, Paris

We had a great stay at Olivier’s place. The location is perfect for walking everywhere. We took a cab at night to go see the Eiffel Tower light show because it was late. The location is central but quiet.It is a large studio, not a 1 bedroom apartment which presumes a completely separate bedroom. It worked for us .

Excellent Beautiful Apartment!

Our host Olivier was wonderful and extremely communicative. We got easily settled into the apartment. The apartment is decorated in an elegant neoclassical style, but has beautifully modern amenities. It is also situated in a fantastic neighborhood in Le Marais. Super close to lots of great cafes, shopping, and many of Paris's famous sightseeing opportunities. I cannot recommend this beautiful property highly enough!!

I visited to Paris many times while working in the UK a decade ago. But I normally only spent a weekend there at that time. This is the first time that I brought the whole family back and spent 10 days together. The apartment is nice and cozy, perfectly fits two adults and two kids. I like the two bathroom setting, which is more family frendly than a typical hotel room. Paris is a very walkable city and the public transpotation system is also pretty convinient. There are quite a few subway stations within 5 minutes walking distance from this apartment. The nearby restraraunts are all decent and delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasent experience.

Use bonne visite

We were able to dash over to Paris for a long weekend when Notre Dame reopened. Olivier was very accommodating and his apartment is perfection. Loved the king size bed and the two bathrooms. The location is outstanding…just down the street from Musee Carnavalet, and a block from Place des Voges. We love the Marais , so we could not asked for a better location.
