'The property had great beach access, plenty of extras for the beach in the room like an umbrella, chairs, boogie boards. Unit was spacious. First floor is very easy beach access but doesn't have an ocean view. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen fully furnished. Only issue we had was the sliding door was hard to open and the toilet paper was too thin to even take the chance in using. '

'I will tell nothing new if you read previous comments.The house,the pool,communication and everything else was simply perfect for us (family of four) an additional bonus was a rocket launch that could be viewed from the beach (10 minute walk).'

'This property is beautiful, spotless, and has gorgeous oceanfront views. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and were prompt to answer any inquiries we had. Royal Mansions is a lovely, gated oceanfront community in Cape Canaveral. This particular unit does have several sets of stairs, but the effort is well worth it! Tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and panoramic ocean views, this unit is a win-win! We hope to stay again sometime.'

'The property should consider offering a shuttle to the beach and BBQ dinners afterwards. There’s two big grills in the front of the property. You can make and sell dinner to the guest coming back from the beach.'

'Place was great only downfall was elevator did not work most of time stayed on 4 th floor hard to get things up and down'
